Seminars at Hotel Gravensteen
Gravensteen Hotel has a meeting room (40m²) ideal for the organisation of your seminar, a product presentation (evening session) or reception. The meeting room is on the ground floor of the hotel and has a fantastic view on the Castle of the Counts. This room bathes in natural daylight but can also be darkened if necessary.

If you book a meeting or seminar at Gravensteen Hotel, we also offer special room rates, depending on the time of year and the size of the event.
We have several 8-hour and 24-hour standard deals on offer. In addition we offer you the possibility to put together a personal and unique package deal based on your wishes. If you are interested in taking lunch and/or dinner we will be pleased to present the options of our catering service.
